We're not here to convert you to any belief system, usually known as religions.
We are here to help you recognise that any uncomfortable feelings, thoughts or questions you may be having about your life and existence could be your spirituality trying to get through to you.
If you are having these experiences, we want to help you to achieve a practical and no-nonsense understanding of what your spirituality is and how it fits in with the rest of your life.
We focus on practical things you can do to understand your spirituality and to increase your awareness of it. With this understanding you can live more comfortably and consciously with your spiritual identity into the future.

We are not Connected to any Organized Religions.
In our opinion, Spirituality can be for anyone irrespective of their religion. People of all religions and no religion are welcome here.
